How will you ensure that each child in your class is making progress in the languagewhen you are not sure yourself? The session will focus on understanding key features in a great MFL lesson and how to build language skills up.You will also leave with a pack of resources that you can then use in the classroom.
This one day course re-invents the way we think about progress in the classroom. Sessions will cover The Progress Pyramid (how it can be used to spot progress in lessons and over time), Subject Keystones (how they can be used to secure progress), Key Indicators of Progress (how they can be used to record visible progress), Challenge Differentiation (ideas to close the gap as well as how to help the most able make progress), Progress Posers; thinking like an expert; marking and quality feedback.
