This school-orientated programme will consist of 3 face to face sessions and a final action research presentation session, which will focus on developing the skills of Middle Leaders to build capacity by leading for improvement within your school. It is suitable for current and aspiring Middle Leaders, including Subject Leaders; Team Leaders and other Staff Leaders . It will be rooted in your needs so that you can gain an understanding of what, as a leader, you should be doing and sharing. Part of the programme involves you doing a small scale action research project that will benefit you and the school.
