Stepping Up is a 3 module leadership development programme designed specifically for middle leaders and members of staff aspiring to middle leadership. The programme focuses on building a deep understanding about leadership and seeks to support delegates in developing the essential competencies, behaviours and attitudes required to lead a team/subject area within an effective school.
