Middle Leadership Development Programme

This school-orientated programme will consist of 3 face to face sessions and a final action research presentation session, which will focus on developing the skills of Middle Leaders to build capacity by leading for improvement within your school. It is suitable for current and aspiring Middle Leaders, including Subject Leaders; Team Leaders and other Staff Leaders. It will be rooted in your needs so that you can gain an understanding of what, as a leader, you should be doing and sharing. Part of the programme involves you doing a small scale action research project that will benefit you and the school.

The other 2 training dates are Thursday 7th March 2019 and Thursday 13th June 2019. There will also be a final follow up session in December 2019 (date to be advised).
